Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and returns are carried out via the postal company "Nova Poshta".

Return and Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

Return shipping is carried out via Nova Poshta using the "easy return" service.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", there are two reasons why a customer can return or exchange a purchased product:

  • if the product does not match the quality declared by the manufacturer;
  • if the product fully meets all requirements but does not satisfy the customer for some reason.

Returns are carried out using the transport services of "Nova Poshta".

The returned product must be in proper condition, namely:

  • original packaging is not damaged;
  • complete set is included;
  • no mechanical damage;
  • no signs of use.

The return shipment can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return shipping is paid by the sender.

Refunds are issued if tags remain intact and a completed exchange/return form is provided, within 14 business days after the seller receives and inspects the product.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Improper Quality

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", if defects are found within the warranty period, the consumer has the right to request:

  • a proportional price reduction;
  • free repair of the product defects;
  • reimbursement of expenses for defect repair;
  • replacement of the product or a refund if defects cannot be repaired.

Notification about receiving a defective product must be sent within the first 24 hours after receiving the product via Telegram at +380751104731.

Consumer claims under this article will not be satisfied if the seller or manufacturer proves that the defects occurred due to the consumer’s violation of usage or storage rules.

Refunds are processed to the details specified in the exchange/return form within 14 business days after the seller receives and inspects the product.

According to the Law "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse returns or exchanges of proper quality goods if they belong to categories listed in the official перечень non-food goods that are not subject to return or exchange.
